Payment and Refund Policy:
Full payment
for your outing is expected to confirm your reservation. In the event of bad weather (as determined
by Granite Arches), your deposit is transferable to a different
date, or your deposit will be refunded in full if arranged previously.
Clients failing to show up for a reservation will not receive a refund.
* A fuel surcharge may be added to your
rate for remote climbing locations

Email, call, or use our

form to check our availability for your
preferred date/s.
STEP 2:
Submit the
paperwork.
Submit electronically or print and send to us by fax, snail, or e-mail. You will need the
adobe reader software. Click the Adobe Reader icon to get it.

STEP 3:
Pay for your outing.
Your reservation is not finalized or guaranteed
until you have paid for your outing.
